You could do with a cone drift to tap into it to maintain the shape
Appreciate you guys taken the time to give us a hand. I've nearly got it back to shape but going to stop now as i know im going to rush it and cock it up. Thanks sbd for giving me a buzz and some pointers. Lost a bit of paint of the top , luckily cups will cover that but masked the front and used a round bar.

A really easy and effective way of reforming that headtube is to get a big ball bearing and carefully start hammering on it.The bearing will reform that lovely.I did it the same way to a euro bottom bracket in the past and it really does work.
Thanks guys, yep a huge sigh of relief a couple more taps with the round bar and then I let the cups do the work.
