Haro Master Freestyler 1984

Hi all

Has anyone seen this bike before?

I only got it recentley and have changed the seat, seat post, dust caps (for a quick thrash and to make sure that it works).

It was very dirty (bearings / pedals / brakes etc) and unluckily for me, F & F just re-sprayed.

The bike is stripped now with pedals (sprayed black) in thinners, skyways shinning and all the bearings and chain etc in petrol for a good soak.

The query is though has it been seen before, and is this it -

http://www.alans.co.uk/oldschool/usedbikes.html

I also wish to sort the F & F and have it re-chromed, but does anyone know of damage to this bike (I can just imagine - sent off for acid dip, then a phone call......)

Any bits would be great , power disc, brakes, chain ring, tyres etc - all silver and green please, swaps are a possibility and also cash.

I'd like first dib dobs on the brake cables if you don't want them.

You know, I think you might be right there. Is the frame and forks chrome under the paint?

I doubt that people would strip the chrome?

but you never know.....

Scratch it.

Is it chrome?
