Daughters first Bmx
« on: June 25, 2013, 10:36 AM »
Got my first Bmx when I was nine so decided to put one together for my Daughter earlier this year, it's an 84 giant made redline (not sure of the model? MX-III?) got the redline hotdog stamp under the bb and on the fork steerer, figured when she's bored of it dump the pink and a nice os racer for Dad  :LolLolLolLol:

Anyways she hasn't been interested in it (or any other bike!) until this weekend when she clicked! I'm made up she's slowly getting into Bmx 8)

Few changes at her request, smaller grips, padded seat! brakes wrong way round lol but just happy she's riding it 8)

Ps Hope this is the right section!  :-\

Cool ride  8)

Its what kids should be doing out in the fresh air on bikes, skatebards, etc.

I always swap mine round, right lever rear brake.  :daumenhoch:

Good call Spence, letting her choose some of the parts she wants. It will help her to bond to the bike mate. She looks made up now, bless her  :coolsmiley:
