Seat tube dilemma

Anyone got any tips on cleaning out a seat tube ?
There's some rust down there and I just can't get me mitts on it !  :(

I cut up an old wooden wire brush. Tapped a piece of threaded bar into the wood wacked it down the hole and stuck a battery drill on the end!!!

Citric acid bath or bung up the probable weep hole into the bb and fill the tube with a stronger citric acid solution :daumenhoch:

large bottle brush from wilko's, cut off loop, put in drill, dip brush is diesel, insert in tube, spinny spinny, re-dip and repeat a few times.
