removing powder

i know this has been covered a million times but what gasket removers actually remove powder coat effectively??I know one of them is near impossible to get hold of so anybody know where abouts you can get some or know any other products available,any help appreciated

carb cleaner- halfords. heard it comes off pretty uniform

Seems to have dried up on the bay. I called the manufacturer Starchem themselves to see who sold it locally they were really helpful.

What bars you strippin.
I've just got some nos gt bars in bright 'Patterson' orange.
Not sure if its paint or powder but its coming off to make way for chrome.

Loctite 7200 gasket remover has always worked for me. 

It's readily available at industrial suppliers and off ebay, for around £8 a tin. Best getting two tins as one will only just do a F&F plus bars.

Used liberally, it strips powder and rattle can nightmares for fun, just make sure you wash any residue off prior to refinishing.
