It's under pressure at the mo and will be a bugger to move  ::)

One way I know is to cut the bolt in the middle and then you might be able to shift each half better when the pressure is off  ;)

wait to see what others say first  ;)

You would have to be careful but you could always try and drill the head of the bolt off the shoulder of the thread?

Or maybe put a crappy allen key into the head and carefully try and get a couple of tack welds on it.....then use a small spanner/adjustable etc?

yer not always easy - that why I said to wait to see if any one else has a better Idea  :crazy2:

but the bolt at the mo is under pressure, so unless a good grip it will not turn  :tickedoff:

Put the other bolt back in and tighten it up slightly tighter than the stuck bolt. Assuming you have soaked it in wd40 etc then try and tap a flat screwdriver into the bolt head whilst applying a slight anticlockwise twist to the screwdriver.

Failing that you could try one of those screw extractor gismo's  :daumenhoch:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

soak the bolt in wd40 then get a allen key bit or torx bit (socket set or screwdriver type ones) that is slightly bigger than the bolt and hammer it in and then unscrew it with the socket bar or screwdriver :daumenhoch:

You can buy a tool for this, they sell them in the local Asian discount store for £3-£4
Saves a lot of fecking about.
