I have a set of Mavic EX 823 rims laced to a Shimano XTR front hub and a Shimano RM40 rear hub for sale. Rear hub is about a month old, front hub is older but still spins smoothly! Rims are tubeless with valves included. 823s are bomb proof! Definitely the strongest rims I've ever used. Out lasted MTX 33s, and Mavic 729s by a long shot! Both are straight and round with scratches and so on. No dents Both discs are Shimano, one's a RT79 and the other is a RT64. Front 180mm and rear is 160mm. These are really solid wheels! I know Shimano hubs don't get rated too well, but both are in good shapae and you'll definitely get a lot of use out of them. The rims are great, worth maybe upgrading the hubs to Hope or something similar in the future.
