Remember at the Kelloggs in 85 which Wilkerson won?  A trick which looked so basic and simple....his pedal spin......how difficult was that to do.  It's a lot harder than it looks.

Trill spent about an hour last night trying to pull it, without success.

back then 1 pc cranks were considered more durable.
i ride on 1 pc cranks now. they are fine.
3 pc cranks look nicer though. but they cost so much more than a 1 pc.

I've never had a problem with a 1-piece crank. Maybe I just didn't ride hard enough ! :LolLolLolLol:

my bones will break before i break a 1 piece crank. a chromoly one though. the regular steel ones are like cheese

rember turbo x sugino's with hollow centres,flight cranks'me i still ride profiles and they are still the best!

the 3 piece cranks BITD were shit, redline 401s look great but were really never much good and cost loads esp. when they came with an unsealed BB!

profiles have alway been the best of the chromoly 3 piece
