very very nice personally imo i would ditch the blue seat post for a chrome one 

x2 or just strip it off  but that is MINT

A beautifully balanced build mate. I REALLY love them Tuffs too.

Strange choice in cranks although they work well and the 1000 on the rear only looks like that as you have it slammed. Plenty of room for adjustment. I prefer to ride slammed myself

Lovely looking 'bird mate,Chrome looks lush although I liked the green.The pedals look stunning.I can't help thinking a opc would look better as would definitely the chrome post

I no a fair few ppl have put OPC on these but I wanted to go something differant (only ever used 3PC on my other Firebird as all of my Burners have OPC's on them)

@John....I've retired from Burner building mate but like I say this build has been on the go for the last 2 years and eventually got the bugger finished  

@Chubby...I got the pan at the Burner Bash in 2011 (the Bash was at the same event as a Steam fair,'steam engines etc...' and they sell all sorts of stuff like that)

@Mark P...A forum member and mate of mine called Jonny B (AKA buttsbikeshop) on Burnerworld did the prep work and chrome work for me

Your inspiration is all over this build mate,ever since I saw your original and your frame some 4 years ago and you told me your idea for Blue/chrome I just had to go that direction after you went on a differant design route

Russ that is definitely *the* best Firebird ever.

I have had the pleasure of looking at this bike for 5 hours in my house.  I even got away with wheeling it along my street for 4 metres ( ) before Russ picked it up and carried it into my house!!! 

The chrome was so good that Mrs Diesel suggested my Aero Reflex might benefit from a rechrome!!

The seatpost works just fine.

A great build by a great bloke.
