Then this happened.

The bars were United, it's the third set of bars I've snapped, although the previous two were in '89 and '90, Haro kneesaver and some GT ones, all three snapped in the same place on the left side!

Unlucky! The only bars I've ever snapped were CW cruiser bars and they snapped in exactly the same place but on the RHS.

Ouch. I felt that. To be honest, when I first read this I thought it was going to be a heavy landing!! It didn't look much more than if you dropped off a kerb!
