Guys had this delievered today can someone please confirm thats it an Expert

Come with a set of powerlite Jr bars, SR stem, Mx clamp and a Uni seat. Drop outs in greta nick

Could be an Expert, but the tiny seat and the bars make me think Mini.

Although im sure those dropouts weren't used on Mini frames.
