I bought it 10 years ago so it brings in more than 8% 

If it sells i can pay off the mortgage on the one we live in

If it doesn't go i'll just rent it out again

I just bought a house for 64K with a tenant paying £520

£520 pcm x 12 months = £6240

£6240 divide by £64000 = 0.0975

0.0975 x 100 = 9.75% Yield

60K and £400 a month thats 8% Yield  better than a bank.
