Same down tube decal.but looks like its got lugs. How do you date s&m bikes. If mine is a mk2, what year is it?

They can't be dated from the serial number, yours is between 93-95

990 lugs were a 10 dollar option when new, more had them than not

Selle Italia seat. It's brown, but could work. It's an old one,but I like it.

I don't like it, it's not my cup of tea and it's Fookin ugly but in your defence you are a genuinely nice bloke.   

The bikes not my cup of tea either but for £70 you got a right bargain by the looks of it and when it's built up it should look great.
