Hardly an event...Len and I at Radcliffe
« on: April 26, 2013, 06:01 PM »
So, I get a txt saying Len, Jol (and others) are hitting the newish Ladybay Notts park 9.30 am(!!) today.
10 mins from the place it starts properly hammering with rain, I drive on and meet a dejected Len who suggests we (just us two make it there) try Radcliffe, it's not 5 miles away but is not where the rain appears to be.

We get there, it's dry but spitting hail and threatening to really come down, still Len (using my phone) managed to snap this little gem of me over the lovely little box there;

before the sky clears, we have a some fun then pop to Flo to meet the rain shy, then we dine at the best kebab house in the uk before tea at Jol's and some wondering at new school kid skills on youtube;)
It's a facebook hosted pic so if it doesn't work I'll try again when I get home, on my phone now in the pub, it's been a damn good day :)
