Helmets and pads
« on: April 24, 2013, 04:37 PM »
Hi

What size are bmx helmets for adults? Would a 54,to 58cm one be too small? Not full face just the kind people wear for ramps. Also anybody know of any cheap half decent shin pads? My legs are bruised to fcuk after playing out at the weekend :LolLolLolLol:

thanks  :)

Hard to believe but you actually have to measure the circumference of your head to determine the size to buy.  A poor fitting helmet can make the difference between survival or not.
