Hi guys,
I've been lurking around in the background on here for a while so thought it was time I introduced myself.
My name is Jim, I always used to have 80's BMX's when I was in my early teens as didn't have the cash for new 90's bikes.
I went through various old Burners and used to swap parts and frames with mates eventually upgrading to a Curtis Pro that I bought out of the free ads for £15.00. I also had a black Rickman Racing for a while. I sold these for next to nothing to restore my VW Beetle!
The VW hobby remains to this day, but I always had this nagging itch for 80's BMX.
So January last year I bought a Street Beat F&F and it has spiralled from there now I have 7 BMX's in my garage.
Hope to get to know some new people and pick up some hints and tips.
When I get time I will post up some pics of my collection so far.
