linear slic cable question

just got 2 of these to try and see if they are beter than normal cable but i cant seem to cut em to lengththey are to strong .how do i snip em without damaging them .normally wire cutters will do the trick but not on these babies .thanks

I used a cutting wheel on a dremel to sort mine out.

It made a pretty tidy cut.

(You probably already know this, but you gotta make sure you use the replacement metal end piece on the cable outer after you've cut it, otherwise the cut end of the cable starts to slowly come apart.)

I use a proper set of bike cable cutters and use a swift cutting motion. Normally works for me. Then I use a bradawl to re-shape the tube.

I use a set of industrial wire cutters and they handle slic linear without hassle.

They sure are tuff muthers.

I used some proper electricians cutters, not the ones with loads of cutting sections. (Kindly leant to me by Flaz.)

Like a hot knife through butter!  :daumenhoch:
