The top tubes on my Torker Targa measure 15.98mm Terry .  My 280X is in the loft so i could measure that 2moz if Steve doesn't .  Let me know  ;)

I'd like to know myself if they are only 12mm as there's another difference between the two frames .

My '80 and '81 LP's  top tubes are both coming in at 12mm.

So, they changed the tubing size for the '82 productions then  ???
