I had SBD do the paint on this, here's some pics he sent me  during the process

I was able to score another six bolt Forklifter, but with Rotor attachment.

Thanks mate, I'm over the moon with Dans work; the colour is spot on. At one point I thought I may have to change the colour scheme since the paint looks so different in different light.

Here's my DX resto:
Here's a pic when I got them, part stripped, nice survivor's :)


Used some Nitro Mors to strip but hard work, need a wire brush as well:


The paint is hard to remove, so had to go back with paint stipper & a small wire brush:


Finally got the paint of both pedals - then I used some fine steel wool & Autosol to polish the left pedal, just the right one to polish now:

Got the DX polished up, didn't want to over do the ends, wanted to keep that textured finish.
