I have used cif in a squirty bottle. A good nail brush to clean them.  Then hosed them afterwards. They come up good.  :daumenhoch:

if they're on the bike its as Stu says. If they're off the bike - dishwasher, works great  :daumenhoch:

I put mine in the washing machine. 40 degree wash, medium cycle (no pun intended). Came out a treat. Wouldnt risk it if the tyres have logos printed on though

if they're tan/skin walls don't panic when you take them out afterwards. The side walls will initially look quite a bit darker but mine have always returned to their original colour/shade once they completely dry. I've done Haro's, comp st's and panaracers, all have been nos and all I've been doing is removing shelve ware/storage grime. All worked fine, logo's stayed intact etc but on the st's one logo on one tyre did fade slightly - I've heard of this as the only slight concern from other members as well.

Good luck :daumenhoch:
