Why does everyone think we have weighted it all in ??????

We are clearing the site to put it on the market, Shiners have been on that site since 1925 and have a lot of scrap metal around like metal racking etc
ok there were bike bits in it, BUT THEY ARE IN THERE FOR A GOOD REASON, also the vast majority of it was new school parts.
Shiners have a habit of not throwing anything away that includes cracked, bent frames forks wheels etc that have been returned from
customers. Nothing bike related gets weight in without my say so, if its repairable or restorable and old it gets put to one side

All of our old school stock is still in (well whats left) the old warehouse and by the looks of it it will be travelling to the new site in a few
months.

And as for Nick he has helped Shiner out a lot in the past and he brought a few bits and pieces and paid normal prices for it
If it wasn't for Radbmx, Dave, Nick etc we would have never been able to do the MK events

Thank Christ for the 3 tier system here on rad

Be funny if it wasn't true.

Particularly when it comes to the selling of goods.

All those tier 3 radsters, who pay to buy and sell. Who don't even get access to all the stuff that gets offered in tier 2.

That's got to be worth a really good fooking giggle in the tier two lounge

Oh to be so privileged.

Fook selling to them, there all bloody northern only spend a £1, eBay is where it's at

Again Stu, like I said, my thread, so I will do as I please.

And yes, my stock, my choice.

I won't be bothering again, that's for sure. I'm not a 'leader' of the site, I just simply dedicate my time to a forum and put on events for its members, Christ, find me someone else who puts as much as I do into the the BMX community.

Like I said, I won't be bothering in the future!

Shame about the pics being gone, they were a fantastic insight into shiners, loved the old display boards still intact

Can some one start a thread called 'Shitters' please. I'm pretty sure it would turn out to be more interesting than this turd stirring fest.

Well i for one enjoyed the pictures of the warehouse - i used to deal with shinners when i worked at Surrey Skateboards - send and receiving stuff for customers /sale items for the shop and vise versa - usually we would open up a box and there would also be a Maccy D's rubbish bag from there lunch in there, they got the same from us or what ever we could find in the bin  ;D

It was cool to see the place and what it was set out like

the stock there also was interesting to see and what was still left over

If Nick is tight with the guys there, then that is his good deal - so he may or may not got certain items for a certain price - would we not have done the same thing - it was cool for him to show the pic's ~ show the parts
He doesn't have to say what he paid as that is up to him
Life is life and it's up to him how he wants to sell it - it's only down to members getting there knickers in a twist that they are not going to get a cheap price out of what they feel it should be sold to them at !
If it turns into a hate thread, then as a normal member of RAD Nick can delete his own thread - as a MOD he has a choice, that if he finds it may cause trouble in a thread it can delete or lock it.

Yes it's a nice score - do we have a go at shinners for buying it cheaper and then selling to the public for a higher price, no as this is a just how things works.

it's up to Nick to see how he feels about how he sells it - if he feels like putting parts on here that he knows the price of, then I'm sure he might feel that could be a good idea ~ if he has a item that he feels that he could get better money by selling it on Ebay, then i think you will find that is what most of us would do

I had parts that i have sold on here for people to tell me i would have got more on ebay - i have had parts that i thought would have sold well on here, but it was never touched even though the price's were realistic, but had to shove them on ebay - life can be like that !

My say over - cheers B ;)
