the spindles from these hubs, probably a thick question but ive never done this before, spent the last few hours stripping the shot chrome from these.........thanks :daumenhoch:

I would say you need to Undo the clamp on retaining cones. Then unwind them off the axle.
Then put a nut on the end of the axle to protect the threaded end. Then gently tap the axle out. This will push the bearing out with the axle as the axle should have 2 shoulders which sit against the inner bearing races. (I'm assuming this are sealed hubs with cartridge bearings)
You then remove the bearing from the axle. This should just tap off without much fuss. Then put the axle back into the hub and tap the other bearing out the same as the first one.  :daumenhoch:

You can use an adjustable on the flats of the axle plus leave the alan key in the cone bolt hole to help unwind the cones.  :daumenhoch:
