steerer column length

hi all,ive got to get some forks for my skyway streetbeat,im looking at some tange trx forks,but i was just wondering what length the steerer column should be,as i dont wanna buy some forks and they end up to short or too long ,many thanks

you can always take a bit of the fork steerer if its too long but i should think most are around the same size so you wont need to do this.
pm pickle he's mr streetbeat on here and i bet he'll drop a tape measure on the head tube for ya.
