ive yet to ride in all honesty, and currently the seat is that high because it lives hanging from the saddle on the shed  roof if it was any lower then the bars hit the roof?

Still waiting for ten spare minutes to give it a blast as I currently have some chain alignment crunching going on and don't fancy snapping a chain during the hereford ride in a couple of weeks
