Its all down to subsidence in the warehouse, they've had to shift them!!!!

If it touches I would file the drop out slot towards the front a bit and run a half link.  I didn't know there was a problem with this frame. :)

yeah mate will go for that option first, just spread the rear a bit for clearance

Actually scrub that. I have just read about the problem on the 2hip site.
Apparently the front sprocket runs on the chainstay. But it was only a problem on one batch.
Lets hope yours is one of the good ones.

If not run a slightly smaller front sprocket like a 38 or 40t with a coaster at the rear to give a good ratio. But remember the chain needs to clear the ad990.  :daumenhoch:

On the 2 hip site it mentions the chain wheel hitting frame, my bit of paper say the chain may hit the seat stays, so they must've had two sketchy batches with two different problems

If it hits the seat stay, place a thin washer at the back of the chainring or disc depending on what your running. This will push it away from the seat stay by the thickness of whatever size washer you use. Done it before and it works.  ;)

what else is going on it ?.
chrome profiles, seventies wheels, San quentin bars, Oddy z77 seat, acs front brake, ad990 rear, fishbone seatclamp, TNT chain wheel

Stuck for levers, although got a pair of primos, tyres, got a set of amber wall white comp lll's just to try something different, grips Oddy power paw or some gt ones, pedals, got some nice sealed revel ones if need be
