Loud 87 GT Performer

This is my custom 87 Performer with a PFT twist. Got the colourway idea from a pair of Nike trainers.

Just got the rear brake to sort out and it's done  :)



Parts Breakdown:

- 1987 GT Performer frame/fork
- GT Performer bars
- SR GT mallet stem
- GT Epoch headset
- Odyssey Gyro 1st gen
- AME 1st gen duals (NOS)
- Dia Compe Tech 7 brake levers
- 87 GT seat
- GT seat clamp
- GT circle stamped seat post
- Dia Compe Nippon front brake / DC pads
- Dia Compe 990 rear brake / DC pads / 990 adapter plate
- 175mm GT Power Series 3pc cranks
- GT 43t chainring / GT chainring bolts
- GT power disc
- KMC chain
- SR 474 pedals
- OGK GT Performer teal mags (NOS)
- GT Freestyle tyres
- GT fork standers
- GT frame standers
- Custom decals by Del

I am LOVING the colourway!it looks killer and you don't see it every day.Did you dye the mags'the only thing i would personally change would be to put a one piece crank on :daumenhoch:

It's a great build mate, I'm lovin' those colours more and more....I've been checking out 87 freestylin issues lately.... a little after my time but this fits that era perfectly :4_17_5:

deeman, the mags are Nos fella, they're pretty rare in Teal. I've only seen one other set

Can I just ask, did you remove the ring on the top of the head tube to get that Gyro to fit  :-\
