Can anyone with an 80s Haro, who has the front cable running through the stem and going upwards to the caliper, take a picture of the way the cable runs for me please

cable exits bottom of fork down fork leg then forms a U on the inside of the fork and goes to the bottom arm of the caliper.I am assuming your caliper adjuster and cable clamp need swapping over.

Just do a search on Potts Mod bud - that's the name of that set up, well the hollow stem bolt.
