The forks definitely look to be early dyno but the frame doesnt look to be? The two cable guides on the downtube suggest something newer

The forks look like cheap kids MTB forks with v brake mounts, unlikely to be early Dyno.  Frame looks like a POS to me  :-\.

Cheap ol' pos like an Apollo or something. Brake lugs on the frame are for v brakes as well.

platform is like a dyno with the gusset bit at the back but the down tube is too thick, generic i think
