1981 GT Pro

I had this built up before, did a trade with Denzil for the f&f (cheers mate) - it made an appearance last year on the Leeds ride, but there were a few bits that needed changing.

Big thanks to Andy Rooski for the bolt to finish my restored Tuf Neck, wazza for the survivor Grippa's, denzil for the f&f, bars and seat post - cheers lads  :daumenhoch:

I've tried to keep it authentic, something you'd have seen bitd - and chrome, blue and yellow, because ALL GT's should be  :smitten:

1981 GT Pro

1981 GT Pro frame w/ undrilled forks, survivor chrome, new decals
Re-pop chrome GT Padset
GT Stamped seatpost
Un-knurled, un-stamped GT Pro bars, survivor chrome
Oakley 2's w/ Oakley crud plugs
NOS Kashimax aero
Restored square cornered Tuf Neck stem
Blue DC MX1000 w/ NOS blue DC Pre bent lever
Lovely survivor Mitsuboshi Silver Star Grippa's 20x1.75
Ukai Speedlines on blue Suntour sealed hubs
DC hinged seat clamp
Sugino 175 OPC
Izumi chain
Tuf Neck powerdisc
MKS BM7 pedals

It rides bloody nicely too  :daumenhoch:

I come to my own conclusion, that you really can't go wrong with a pre 85 gt. Such a nice frame set & you've certainly done that one justice. :daumenhoch:
