Just tryi g to work out what forks are what in the mongoose line up

I have two set of 1" in chrome / yellow with chrome under - and i  have a set of the 7/8" in chrome

the two 1" are different ? I thought there was onlu one style in the 1" ?

you can see the different shape in the legs - any body have a clue ?

1" chrome (tange 1K)


1" yellow with chrome under (tange 1K)


7/8" in chrome (bmx products)




I even did a Griff style picture to show you


so anybody know ?

i had a 83 cali that had the narrow style of the yellow forks

Boobbby - they do, but these have been flattened out a it - they still have the pinch line on the out side

i'm not saying they changed in 83, it's just it's one of the things i remember noticing about my cali.

i think i was pissing about with the front brake and just happened to think that there wasn't much clearance and thats when i spotted the narrow angle.

i must admit that i prefer the wider stance of the all chrome fork though

My eyes are taken to the 7/8" the most

got to take the yellow paint of those one's but not expecting great chrome under - but looking as it will all be yellow in the end  8)
