Simple story really, it was initially advertised on ebay of all places but I knew about the bike and it's potential sale long before that. So I spoke to the OM and the person who was advertising it (who's a collector in the states and a friend of mine). We worked a deal out and it became mine. Scot then contacted me about the helmet and various other parts he wanted me to have as part of my collection

The only other place for that would be `the American Museum of sporting history', if there is such a thing.

I know if it all went tits up and you needed the cash, then I guess they'd all go, like most people on here, but that really has no price to sell at.
