WARNING: Slam Bars on Ebay

Just a warning to anybody planning on bidding on this set of Slams.

I won these about 5 months back and they never arrived. Guy promised he sent them bla, bla, bla. After waiting 3 weeks I told him I wanted my money back. He refused and said he had already spent it. I opened a dispute and after another week or so I got a refund from PayPal. Since then Ive seen the exact same auction pop up again, and now this is the 2nd time since the incident with me that they are back on Ebay. What is interesting is that even though I lodged a claim against him he still has 100% feedback? And given that he has now listed them twice since them Im guessing Im not the only one he has messed around.

Bid with caution! Or at least insist on collection.
