  Just had my 5th email from them telling me the odyssey v3 wedges i ordered on 14th november will be delayed again. They have been ordered from odyssey apparently. 

Luckily in no rush for them as i have a little moding planned for them when works quietens down. Was going to pull the plug on the order before xmas but now i'm intrigued to see when / if they will turn up and what excuses they will use   

Told them before xmas they were needed for a photoshoot for a magazine and it may have to be cancelled. It worked to a degree, i actually got to speak to a human rather than the automated reponse super computer

I've had my 3rd run in with them just before Christmas when the website says it's in stock but it actually isn't. I just said cancel and I won't be ordering from them again.

I dont buy much from them but Ive never had any problems...

I'd tell them to jog on!!

I got the run around when I ordered a pair of white frequency-g tyres.......You might know, only one turned up??  The other was being ordered by the supplier, followed by a couple of delayed dates.

Needless to say....they got back to me "sincere apologies, the product has been discontiued" .....Oh yeah great!

Ordered it from somewhere else and then the world was a better place

gotta say i have only had problem with them once and it never got sorted i gave up trying .
i got wheel built and hey used the wrong coloured spokes .i rang them and they said post it back and they will redo it .i asked for my carriage and they said that cant be helped?'so i said i want full refund and f off type conversation they said they would only refund the parts ond not the 15.00 build monies if i asked for refund ?i couldnt believe this as the build was wrong .amazing company NOT

i kept the wheel as is but wasnt happy as it was wrong colour and to be honest it wa only 90 perent true and spokes tensionw asnt really good enough either i got diggler to sort it for me if i remember rightly
