G'day all,

Entered this for BOTM and BOTY with some very ordinary piccys which didn;t do justice.  A half decent day out today so managed to get a few pics of the CW outside...... :daumenhoch:

Was a few years in the making this one.......the chrome TBS chain proving a real bugger to find......

1983 CW ZX Pro

Factory Spec...... :)

NOS CW Pro Bars
NOS CW Seatpost
Pro-Neck stem
NOS Ame Tri
Tange MX-3 headset
NOS Araya 7x rims

NOS Shimano brake lever

NOS Pete's Precision chainwheel 44t
NOS Takagi Spider

Are either of your unbuilt Chrome frames an 82 ZL?  I have one but never see them in the UK and there's only a handful on the museum.  ???

Could a link be taken out of the chain? It looks a little far back on the rear drop out.

Other than that ................................. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

I'm a huge CW fan. This is just stunning  :daumenhoch:

Unfortunately not mate.  The f/f on the floor is another ZX Pro, the chrome f/f on the shelf is an NOS ZXL.  Haven't seen many of the ZL's around either.......one I'd definitley like to add to the collection!

Yep, could probably do with a link taking out that chain..... ;D

Cheers - Jim

that is stunning, im not normally into full NOS bikes I do prefer things that have been restored..but in my old age I can appreciate just trying to find the parts and scoring them is as rewarding as restoring..top build..I like it :daumenhoch:

The ZL is a rare f&f, I guess CW didn't make many of them, I'll get some pictures up soon

I have indeed got a ZX pro that was also a virgin when i bolted wheels to it, didn't go down the test spec build route though but did build it in chrome/blue  ^"^

Very underrated and your little collection looks sweet  :smitten:
