Argos do a 1 metre 3 ring pool for 4 notes last time i checked but i got my last one from a pound shop

Double check they are 1 metre when you find one though or your frame wont fit  :daumenhoch:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

These plastic baths look alright. Not too bad price wise:

 you could bath the dog and the plasterer at the same time, killing two birds with one stone - no need to buy two baths "dog bath" or "plasterers bath" job done  :daumenhoch: :D

a big tub will need filling up to cover the item - more water and more OA = more ££ spent

Do they not have bricks where you live?  If you have a big container, fill in the voids with a flew clemmies (or similar non floatable items) then you only use what you need.

Same with dying Z's.  Big round container with a smaller tub in the centre weighed down with bricks (or water) so less wastage.

Simples...

i popped in to B&M and they had a cheapo kids pool spare from last year in the back store room for £2.99.

it's a round one with a dia of 122cm so plenty big enough, i'll just pack it out.

if i would be doing a lot of items over time, i think i would have gone for the plasterers/dog bath. but with this pool it rolls up in to a small box, so handy for storage

Don't blow it up fully and you can tie it in half close each side and that will bring the volume down as well ;)

no need to blow this one up as it's got flexible side that just rolls up.

so i can make it as small as i like and just clamp it with some plastic croc clips i have

I use a draw from a chest of drawers lined with plastic sheet   :daumenhoch:

yesterday i spent a while making a cardboard "bath" with wood batterns to add some strength.

then i lined it with heavy duty plastic liner, which i checked for damage first.

set it all up in the garage got the hose pipe out, kept an eye on it and everything was going good. so i left it filling up while sorting some tools out.

thats when i noticed the floor getting very wet. so knocking anything to do with using a liner on the head.

can't go wrong with £2.99 on the pool

I've used citric acid powder in a paddling pool too.  I found that citric acid was normally cheaper in Asian supermarkets than in home brew suppliers for smaller amounts.  You could probably get it cheaper on line if you're the Tony Montana of the rust removal world, and buy kilos of it...
