is there anywhere that sells pipe lagging or similar to use for inside a frame pad
thats coloured? either yellow or white?

I saw some yellow around a scaffolds set up - grab some and see ?

Try Demon Tweeks matey,they sell roll cage padding that comes in all sorts of colours and a few different sizes. :daumenhoch:

Local Homebase or Wickes will have some, I bought some for wrapping round a frame I posted once.  :daumenhoch:

Let us know how ya get on fella....... all the aftermarket ones I have, the foam is pants!!!! Rotating handlebar pads does my nut in.........

If you look afound you will find you will be anle to get white, grey & black in the right sizes.
The coloured stuff is for scaffold/roll cages and too thick.
I asked Steve ages ago as he has done a little research into pad reproduction in his time.
He said the coloured stuff isn't out there.
I had a look anyway and found his research was sound.

Red, yellow, blue will leave you looking for old padsets as doners.
Some pretty cheap original old no name padsets do come up on eBay.com now and again . You just have to keep an eye out.

Red on the nightburner, not sure but the 2nd edition basic red burner with the velcro pads may have had yellow foam.
If you want blue it could end up been a costly exercise, at the moment i can only see seperates on ebay.com

Does anyone have the foam internal and external dimensions to hand for bars and top tubes.... i may be able to source foam  ;)
