Putting them in the freezer before fitting to reduce their size, doesn't work...

Freezer worked a treat for me twice after being left in there for about 2 hours. I think one was with white tioga headset cups and the other chrome. I just used a hammer and block of wood before, but the freezer defo made a difference. Strange eh :)
