What sort of sprockets fit an SE cassette hub?

So I've got my first ever cassette hub and I need to use smaller gears cos of the U brake under the seat stays. What sort of sprocket fits an SE hub? It is a splined type. Do different makes fit different hubs, eg generic sprockets?

If the U-brake is under the seatstays do you really need a smaller gearing? :daumenhoch: Loads of mid/early new bikes ran 44/16 and had no problem...

I'm no expert on modern stuff James but I think I might, here it is mocked-up with 44:16:

Looking from the front sprocket to the back, you can see a tiny gap at the moment between where the chain would be and the brake mechanism:

Jon there is loads of room there. Just put a chain on and have a look

With a chain on it's only about a chain width away from the brake mechanism which I don't trust. I'm thinking about trying 41:15 which I reckon would be about 1/2" further from the brake  ???
