I admire your optimism chaps but the fronts that are moving in from the West that are meeting the cold air from East in the Chester area have to pass over me here at Valley.

Unfortunatley it is honking down here :-[

At the mo the A55 is unpassable, I will be making a very late call tomorrow morning.

For those with parts that I was bringing with me, pm me your address and I'll post them out if I don't make it :daumenhoch:

If you look at our Golf, you can see how much has fallen, it's own weight has pulled itself off the bonnet, and as you can see, it's started again and the bonnets building up again. ::)

I know I’ll be called a f@nny and southern softy etc, etc….but wouldn’t it be better to reschedule? A rideout should be enjoyable and not a battle of attrition to spite the weather. Plus rock salt isn’t good for old school metal.

SIT REP: I've just been out on my 26" Cube MTB, and it's not good. I went to Shotton to see of the Barbers were open which meant doing the route I would be tomorrow. I'm no fanny, but it's just too risky. :'( :idiot2:

But, I will still be at Chester Station @ 1pm tomorrow, as planned, albeit without a bike. :'(

So if people are up for it, I'll meet you at the bar at the Station and take you on a proper Old School pub crawl around the City.

It will be a huge piss up, one pint on one pub then move on.

Post in thread if you're up for it?

Lets face it, most of you have got a pass from the enemy so you'll only be doing what you'd planned anyway, just without bikes. :daumenhoch: :Great_Britain:

Despite my previous post about 'no fannying out', i'm going to have to bail on this one  :-[ :'(. Actually nothing to with the weather!! I'm not feeling well. Left work last night not feeling great, and am no better now  :(. Curently lying on the sofa watching series 1 & 2 of bmx beat on dvd. Our own Billy Stupple features, as do Neil Ruffell and Stuart 'Pepi' Winder. Both quaility. R.I.P. Have a great day tomorrow those who are still going. See you at one of the future RAD rides.
