I've never removed a 3 piece before and not tried it on mine yet.Once I removed the arms, I thought I needed one of these tools to remove shaft bit inside bottom bracket .http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300774839971'ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649Also how do you remove bearings, is it the same one as you remove one piece bearing cups.

Bit of wood and mallet hammer also used to tap out bearing cups and the bearings themselves from the cups.Post a picture up if you're unsure

Use the socket set extension like Betty said. Failing that fella, you can have a lend of my Profile removal tool if you like, although as it's near Chrimbo the post prolly won't get it to you before the 25th Quick edit - I'm off to the posties tomorrow, so if you want to borrow one of my Profiles tools, pm me your addy and I'll send it tomorrow.
Thanks for the offer, seems a bit silly posting if I can get one cheap just need to know what one.Happy to buy a second hand one off you, if you have 2. Send me a pm with PP details.Don't really understand how the socket set extension works. Quote from: dannywhac on December 18, 2012, 06:33 PMUse the socket set extension like Betty said. Job done.
