Richard!!your challenge should you choose to accept it!!!-You have GOT TO now tweak that bike to the exact spec which you desired in 1984!!no ifs,no buts!!You owe it to yourself!You need to lose that stem and that 'orrible seat anyway!!DO IT!!DO IT!!It would be soooooo cool.My first build is still evolving a year on!If only prices were the same now!

no way Im taking it to bits again ,though the stem does grate me a bit now & couldn't help laughing when i noticed

Awww!that was a bit harsh!!i was only winding you up!!I don't blame you though as the bike is beautiful as it is.I'm glad the stem bugs you though,and i hope it gets changed!Replace that seat with an aero and it's job done!!
