Assassin and bar ID

Just got this NOS frame from Nige B, cheers, not sure if its a 94/5 or a 99, not that I give a fook! Any way of telling?

Its a 22.2mm seat tube, 1 1/8" steerer.

Still need to strip the caliper and cable straddle.

Not sure about the Ukai's, but don't know what else to put on, Its a real mash up era wise, but I reckon i'll be first to the pub `cos it looks dead fast!!

Also, any idea on these bars?

Got them from Rob Payne at MK, he said they came from a complete Torker 280 that he aquired and had no reason to believe they were not the real deal, Lenny (Badbaldie) said they look right, but felt a bit heavier than his,  and Terry (Londonhellboy) says they definately aren't. so any ideas?

They are a nice set of bars with neat welds, but I have no idea as I only had Win, rebel and CW bars BITD!!

Cheers
