A nice finishing touch would be to bore out the holes on the brakes and clamp with a countersink, but its a brave man who attempts that on that lovely powder!.We did the clamp on my mates and it was painstaking!! :daumenhoch:

Thanks Neil.....

As Christian says, some of Rads finest members have done their utmost to ensure this build was a success.
Many thanks to them all.

BUT.......is my life complete Christian?

The answer to that lies with this :  ;)

Damo, I contemplated doing that with the countersink but as you say, it could go badly wrong.....I may ask Dan to give it a try on my next build.

Cheers Rob, yes I know but Dan has done such a good job with the two tone calipers I didn't want to hide it underneath!!!

It does need a couple of tweaks but I have to say, it is undoubtably my best build to date.

No I haven't got a pic of all the beats as I've had to put them away in the loft as my 'cave' was being used as a kitchen while I fitted the new one.
The kitchen is almost finished now so will be returning the bike room to normal after Xmas.

BUT.......will I have another finished by then??? The answer is yes.

Watch this space for this ones twin brother.  :coolsmiley:

Thanks Spen......makes it all worth while with the comments I have had so thank you.

A couple more pics......as you can see the camera and the light flushes out the colour of the blue so here's some showing a bit of the colour better and some more of Dans workmanship.

I don't have any interest in a run of the mill Beat-build but that really looks the SpiderMonkeys Undercarriage mate  :daumenhoch:
