went to a local outdoor park with Jol ... hooked up the back wheel on a air ... winded myself & landed on my hip.

I was being supervised and encouraged by Master Jol... I failed in my understanding of transitional science and did the exact thing I have always been scared of.

Try not to land on it again 
Mine has finally started fading, still massive though - I have a theory that the rivet on my jeans made it worse as that was the worst spot. Maybe should try stuffing bubble wrap in them next time
