Is a 400ml can enough to cover a frame, forks and bars? ( assuming good base coat of primer and top coat of lacquer)

Yes i know its better to powder or paint professionally  :P

Yeah definitely....Done it a few times with just the one can which im sure was 400ml?  I didnt do the bars though as they were chrome.
