Saving up for some red alloy hubbed tuffs :)
« on: November 18, 2012, 12:13 PM »
Hi Chaps,
Bit of a sad post, but will be on the lookout for some red alloy hubbed tuffs over the next week and wanted to get a good idea on a fair price I had some tuff 1's which I sold for £120, which were mint, then I had some Tuff 2,s which were painted with 2 pack, which I git for £80, but couldn't save em so sold them on. Now I need another set :-[.
I have seen a couple of sets on the bmxmuseum, which will work out at £110 posted (without customs) and I am sure I saw some on here last year go for £150. I dont mind a bit of resto and not bothered if they have a coaster or freewheel fitted. What do you guys reckon is a fair price to pay and are there any about? :daumenhoch:

I'm sure Adam goff had some for sale a few months back. They had been restored by his bitch. (Bendycat)  :bondage:

Even if they sold. He should be able to give you a price.  :daumenhoch:

A NOS set of steel hubbed, first gen tuff 2's just sold on the museum last night for 139 dollars

Gutted I missed them. Shipping is 40 - 60 dollars for a set of wheels and if they mark the box 40 dollar TOTAL, you won't get customs charge  ^"^
