i still think they could possibly be khe/heavy tools forks as they did like to copy standard's designs and they are on a khe complete

maybe best to ask ygt as he worked with khe in the early 90's so could verify if they did copy standard's 1in forks

In regards to the forks, I think they are standards too.
KHE produced the beater for something like 12 odd years, and parts that were used to build the bikes varied depending what they had in stock a lot of the time.

I do remember a 1" fork with peg mounts (may even still have one) but they didnt have those signature standard dropouts on.
And think they had 14mm axle cutouts.

I don't think the steerer tube was so nicely machined on KHE forks. I would say these are definitely Standard forks.
