how the fek do u stop these from sliding all al over the handlebars tried everything from spit to hot water.  Been alongtime since i last had some is there some kind of glue that we used to use to stop em moving.... pleeeeeze elp my old skool cowboy moves are knacking my groin lol

i think they use hair spray on them.

i really dont get this grip problem on rad, ive never had a grip slip & have never had to use anything to get them on & off, i'll post a step by step guide soon as i can find someone to hold the camera

man its a nightmare they just keep poppin off even when just breaking soft , had this prob years ago with sm grips but forgot how to solve the sliding prob

the later generation of mushrooms (nuggets) used to ship with a tube of grip glue

im use clear plastic primer to stick my grips on
me new skool bike as mushys and they havent moved yet

im the past ive used a little drop of washing up liquid and lift the bars out in the sun to dry out
sticks a treat in my experience  :)

Yeah Dordys right you used to use Hairspray on Sharp Grips aswell and SM Mushrooms are pretty similar compound so spray inside the Grips and directly on the Bars and they will stick firm. Make sure it is a decent brand of Hairspray not cheap rubbish also needs to be Mega Hold Extra Firm whatever is the strongest nowdays.

i find WD40 works a treat.helps slide the grips on easly,then when it drys out,sticks like s~#t to a blanket.

I used WD40 on mine and they no longer slip at all.

Tried the hairspray today and left them out in the sun to dry but they did not stick, they did smell lovely though lol. Used the puncture repair kit glue and left that to dry after a hour they did not move a bit. They are now stuck solid no movement at all cheers for all the cool advice though
