Bob Haro Scan (Updated)
« on: July 13, 2006, 04:48 PM »
I got this centre spread in with some other BMX Action bikes I got on eBay. It's not from any of the ones I bought so I think it came from one of the first 3 issues. Anyway I was sat here bored so I scanned it and cleaned it up.

Click the thumbnail to see it full size. Depending on your screen resolution imageshack will probably scale the picture in the new window, just click it to see it at 100%. If anyone wants to print this out and wants the A3 300dpi version (8mb jpg) let me know.

I've got the other sides of the centre spread I can scan if you want it? It's part of an article but I don't have all of it. :( There's 4 more pics and another smaller view of the stem from a different angle.

Looking at the other pics the frame doesn't seem to have 'Haro Freestyler' stickers on it just looks like a yellow Haro sticker but in the neon style where the R loops around the o and back across the top of the letters.

I'll get them scanned and get them up.

Yeh mine too shame the numpty who did the repro on these pages didn't use the proper logo with the highlight in it, I could have traced it then. Anyone got a nice big clear scan of it??

Is that a Torker frame, the forks are Torker but the frame looks a lot like a gen 1
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Could very well be, I'll leave it for others to make the call, I just went by the forks.

Almost certain it was a MCS stem, but if you squint it does look a bit like a Suntour(surely not).
