Yes they are mine, they took me forever to find I must add.

I cannot comment on price as that's a personal thing, they are worth whatever someone is prepared to pay, but if your putting a profile together and you really want the full monty then a Loockjaw stem and horseshoes are a must. Just like areospeed's most broke so hard to find, let alone in this original condition (not polished to death).

My only fear is that the winning bidder actually pays

Your right rare doesn't always equate to good - but how many other companies experimented so early on and tried materials such as magnesium? They were cutting edge for the time.

Racers broke them quite easily BITD but Profile were one of the cool (and a little bit niche) companies back then and that’s what makes them so desirable now.
